Here's my computer's info: OSX 10.3.9 1.5 GHz PowerPC G4 Processor 512 MB DDR SDRAM GeForce FX Go5200 Video card (I think that's what this card is.) We have Avid Xpress DV 3.5, Avid Xpress Pro 4.0, and Avid Xpress Pro 4.3.1 I have the dongle that.allegedly came with the original Avid Xpress DV 3.5 software, but after installing it, I get a message that says 'your system appears to be missing a dongle. Please connect a valid dongle to the system to ensure proper operation.' Anyway, I don't really want Xpress DV 3.5. The end result here would be to have 4.3.1 up and running.

My coworker thought that the Avid Xpress Pro disks we have (4.0 & 4.3.1) are updates for the Xpress 3.5 software but when I go to install them, they say to uninstall 3.5. I've done that and when I start up 4.0, I get the credits/loading screen and then it 'unexpectedly quits.'
Then after installing 4.3.1, I try starting it up, the credits/loading screen appears, and then it quits without any error messaging at all. I've tried a couple different sequences of installing/uninstalling but I keep getting the same results. Am I doing something completely wrong? From what I understand, my computer meets the 'minimum requirements'. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks SO MUCH for any help you guys can offer!!!
